RAWMATE ("we", "our", "us") operates the B2B trade platform at rawmatecustom.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform. By using RAWMATE you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following types of information: • Account information: email address, company name, phone number, GST number, and any other information you provide during registration or profile setup. • Transaction data: RFQs you create, quotes you submit or receive, negotiation messages, and order details. • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, browser type, device information, and IP address. • Communications: messages sent through the Platform's negotiation and messaging features.
We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform • Match buyers with relevant suppliers and vice versa • Send transactional emails including verification, quote notifications, and order updates • Respond to your support requests • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse • Comply with legal obligations • Send product updates and announcements (you may opt out at any time)
We share your information in the following circumstances: • Between buyers and suppliers: when you submit an RFQ or quote, relevant business information is shared with the counterparty to facilitate the transaction. • Service providers: we share data with trusted third-party providers including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery) who process data on our behalf. • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. • Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with servers located in data centres that comply with industry-standard security practices. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access data they are authorised to see. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and platform preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.
The Platform uses Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to the information shared with us. We receive only your email address and public profile information from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access to other Google services.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
